1. DO YOU HAVE AN ONLINE STORE?

We are extremely excited to share with you all that as of May 28th 2021 we have launched our Aristo decor element online shop for shipping across Canada. Stay tuned regularly via our Instagram account for more updates and new products and collections.

2. DO YOU SHIP YOUR PRODUCTS ACROSS CANADA?

Yes, we offer shipping nation-wide for our decor elements which is automatically calculated via Canada Post.

3. DO YOU OFFER INSTALLATION?

Upon availability, we can provide installation services for our mouldings anywhere from Vancouver to Abbotsford area for a fee. However, any contractor/finishing carpenter can also install our products.

For our clients on the other side of Canada, we are happy to recommend installers in the following cities: Calgary, Cochrane, Edmonton, and Toronto. Otherwise, please see our installation instructions on our shop page.

4. DO YOU WORK WITH DESIGNERS?

As our craftsman Alex has over 40 years of experience in creating architectural decor as well as custom designs, we would be happy to help you design your ideas for a fee. Our graphic designers are available to create custom renderings to your sizing requirements for a rate of $75/hour and we also work with clients’ designers. Please consult our “Our Designs” page for more information.

5. ARE YOU CURRENTLY ACCEPTING LARGE SCALE/WHOLESALE ORDERS?

Yes. For wholesale orders, we require full payment and can offer a generous discount. Please inquire for more information about our wholesale pricing

6. WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT POLICIES FOR ALL ORDERS?

For all production orders, we require a 100% full payment prior to beginning production. We accept cash, cheque, bank transfer or Interac e-transfer.

7. WHERE DO YOU ORDER YOUR MATERIAL? IS IT DURABLE?

We purchase all of our custom made polymer rubber blends from the United States. It is extremely durable and does not break - it is specially developed for complex radius and curved mouldings and durability.

8. DO YOU HAVE A RETAIL STORE?

We do not have a retail store, however our workshop studio is located in Surrey, BC/New Westminster area by appointment only.

9. DO YOU OFFER PAINTING FOR YOUR MOULDINGS?

Upon availability, we offer painting.

10. DO YOU OFFER GILDING (GOLD/SILVER LEAF)?

Yes, we offer real gold and silver leaf finishing for all of our mouldings. In addition to real gold and silver leaf we can also provide imitation gold and silver options.

11. WHAT IS YOUR AVERAGE PRODUCTION TIME?

For large scale orders, our production time can range from one month up to several months depending on the size of the order. Please specify your time requirements upon inquiring.
